- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The open-source SBOM/scan CLI, the GitHub Action, and the CRA readiness checker are free forever — no card required.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are billed once a year and give you two months free versus paying monthly.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; EU VAT is calculated and added at checkout.
- What counts as a “product”?
- A product with digital elements that you track in Normproof — including its versions, SBOMs, and generated dossiers.
- My product is “important” or “critical” (CRA Annex III/IV). Can I self-serve?
- Those categories require a notified body, so they aren’t self-serve. Normproof’s self-serve plans cover the default category (self-assessment, Annex VIII Module A). For important or critical products, contact us.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings.
